The Volquartsen SF-1 is a .22 WMR semi-automatic rifle built around a stainless CNC-machined receiver and an 18.5 inch .920 inch stainless bull barrel. Snake fluting increases surface area for heat dissipation while keeping the barrel stiffer than a conventional spiral flute. A removable Forward Blow Compensator brings overall barrel length to 20.5 inches and is threaded 1/2x28.

A laminated brown/gray thumbhole silhouette stock is fitted for right-hand use. The TG2000 trigger group is set at 2.25 lbs for a crisp, clean pull. An integral 0 MOA Picatinny rail is machined on the receiver. Twist rate is 1:16. Unloaded weight is 8 lbs 14 oz.

This SF-1 is well suited for small-game hunting, varmint work, and precision rimfire shooting. Match bore and chamber tolerances are intended to deliver bolt-action accuracy from a semi-auto. The 9+1 capacity and stainless construction support extended range sessions.
