The MasterPiece Arms DS9 Hybrid is a premium wide-body, double-stack 1911-style pistol chambered in 9mm, meticulously hand-built, fitted, and tuned for exceptional accuracy and reliability. This Black & Stainless configuration features a black nitride slide and frame paired with a duplex stainless PVD barrel, stainless slide stop, hammer, ambi-thumb safety, and beavertail, complemented by a red anodized aluminum trigger shoe and black anodized aluminum grip with standard texture. It includes an already installed RMR pattern optics plate via the Accuracy X Multi Sight modular system, co-witness iron sights, and comes ready for reflex sights or iron sight swaps without tools.

Hand-lapped frame-to-slide fit ensures smooth operation, while the full-length light rail, billet-machined components (no MIM, castings, or forgings), and Koenig hammer, sear, and disconnector deliver competition-grade performance with a crisp 2.5 lb trigger pull. The hand-fitted 5" MPA 416R stainless bull barrel, one-piece stainless guide rod, MPA large magwell, and Wolff/EGW springs contribute to flat, fast shooting and dependable cycling. It ships with two MBX Extreme magazines (126mm and 141mm) for high capacity and quick reloads, backed by a lifetime warranty.
