LMT Defender 2000 5.56 NATO AR-15 Rifle – Monolithic Rail Upper, 16" LMT MRP Barrel, Adjustable Stock

This LMT Defender 2000 is a quality AR-15 style rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO, built around the proven LMT platform and paired with what appears to be an LMT monolithic rail upper. The lower is clearly marked Defender 2000, and the barrel marking visible in the photos reads “MP 5.56 NATO V7 CB,” which is consistent with an LMT MRP-pattern 5.56 barrel. It also wears an adjustable stock, polymer magazine, folding rear sight, and a long uninterrupted top rail that gives the rifle a clean, hard-use look.

The big draw here is the upper configuration. LMT’s MRP system is known for its rigid monolithic design and quick-change barrel concept, and current LMT barrel listings show chrome-lined 5.56 MRP barrels with 1:7 twist and direct impingement operation.
